The ONE program (formerly known as REACH or CalGRIP) serves youth at risk of committing gang related crimes and provides the tools necessary to avoid living a gang lifestyle. The goals of this program are to prevent youth involvement in gang activity, provide necessary tools for at-risk youth to avoid gang lifestyle, and reduce truancy and substance abuse.
This is a voluntary program. Referrals are accepted from youth (self-referral with parental consent), Gilroy Police Department, Morgan Hill Police Department, local schools, parents, and through the community.
