Community Solutions’ Program for Survivors of Domestic Violence/ Intimate Partner Abuse provides crisis intervention, therapy, advocacy, and case management services to assist adult and child survivors of abuse in regaining strength, hope, and control in their lives.
The program also offers legal assistance to individuals who are filing Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO) or are in need of court accompaniment, advocacy services, and referrals to additional community resources. There are no fees for these services. Transportation to court appearances may be provided.
Referrals for the Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Abuse program can be made through law enforcement, couselors, agency referrals, walk-ins or via telephone. Walk-ins are accepted daily at the Gilroy and Morgan Hill offices. Services are available in English or Spanish. There are no fees for this program.
