Donation Refund/Cancellation Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. However, if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, you may contact us at info@communitysolutions.org or 408-846-4704 to request a full refund.

We are generally unable to stop a donation from processing but will provide a full refund as follows:

To receive a full refund on your donation, you must notify Community Solutions about your request for refund within 60 days of the donation date. Community Solutions does not charge any return fees for refunds on donations.

Community Solutions reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Community Solutions shall post a notice of changes on its web site, when and if the terms of this policy are amended.
